School Uniform Information
(School Uniforms are available @ "PLANET-T UNIFORMS")
We ask that you assist us by making sure your son or daughter comes to school in the appropriate school uniform. If a student arrives to school out of uniform, they will be required to correct the violation and they will receive a detention. Students that cannot correct their violation will not be permitted to attend school.
To be consistent, I will do my best to clarify and review our policies:
School uniform shirts must be worn every day. The one exception is when students are wearing the approved pullover sweatshirts. If a student is wearing a PPCHS jacket, they STILL need a uniform shirt. The difference between sweatshirts and jackets is that jackets can be entirely unzipped—and they invariably will be.
On Fridays (or, for shortened weeks, the last school day of that week) students are allowed to wear approved PPCHS Spirit shirts to represent their team, club, cause, etc. The shirts are generally school colors and will say PPCHS somewhere on them. Spirit shirts are not allowed on any other days unless noted.
Walmart shirts with bootleg logos of our school are not allowed. The money spent on our spirit shirts goes to support our clubs, teams, and school—by selling similar shirts at Walmart, potential funds are being taken from these worthy organizations. If you have a questionable shirt, just let us know.
Students are permitted to wear the following school colors for undershirts: Black, White, Grey, and Burgundy.
Solid colored jackets that are black, white, grey, and burgundy may be worn, but they cannot have any designs, labels, or logos. Hoodies are strongly discouraged for a variety of reasons and if a student is wearing a hoody they should NOT have the hood on. This is viewed as a potential disruption.
Thank you for your continued support and cooperation.
Mr. Peter Bayer
Principal
