FINAL TRANSCRIPT REQUEST: On May 17th, Mr. Greenbaum or Mrs. Thomas will visit your Govt/Ec class and each senior will complete one request to where they want a FINAL transcript sent. It is free for the one school choice and changes or additional schools, seniors would complete the regular transcript request form and pay 2.00 per transcript.

- Prom Court Ballots will be distributed through your government classes.
- Parking: $10.00 Valet $8.00 Self Parking
Drop-Off: Valet & Limos will be directed to the first entrance of the hotel (the ballroom entrance). It will be the first entrance to your left. If you have reached the hotel entrance, please proceed back to the first driveway for proper check-in.
- Prom Entry: Students & guests must show ID to verify a ticket(s) was purchased and to gain entry to the ballroom.
- Re-Entry: There is no re-entry to prom. Once you enter, you will not be allowed to exit (unless you are leaving for the night).
- 10:30PM: If you leave before that time, your parents will get a call to be informed of your departure.
DRESS CODE for PROM
- GENTLEMEN
- Formal Attire is required (you must wear a suit, tie or tuxedo)
- NO JEANS, polos, sneakers, or shirts with a tuxedo graphic
- NO sunglasses
- Dress Shirts must remain ON at all times
- LADIES
- Formal Attire is required.
- Ladies’ gowns cannot be overly revealing. (Exercise good judgment)
- NO sunglasses
If you do not come dressed appropriately, you will not be allowed to enter the Senior Prom.
There will be no refunds!

Four (4) tickets per eligible graduate. If you haven’t ordered your cap and gown, you must immediately contact Herff Jones (www.hjbroward.com)
GENTLEMAN/Graduate Dress Code
- White or neutral color, Collared dress shirt.
- Black, Navy Blue, Brown, or Khaki dress pants
- TIE (preferably solid & dark in color)
- Black or Brown Dress shoes
- Dark Socks
- NO SNEAKERS
LADIES/GRADUATE DRESS CODE
- Dress, skirt, or black dress pants.
- Dress Blouse: White or pastel at the neckline.
- Dress shoes (dark or neutral color)
- Flesh color nylons
- Heels should not exceed 1 ½ inches.
- No Sneakers
GRADUATION DAY
- Take Cap and Gown photos prior to ceremony-gown is returned immediately as you exit the theatre.
- Do not alter the cap and gown or mortar board. You will forfeit participation and costs concurred due to damage will be billed to the student and parent.
- Only Cords/Medallions provided by PPCHS can be worn.
- You are separated from your parents from 6:15 p.m. until the end of the ceremony.
- Leave your personal belongings with your family!
FINAL NO-NOs for Graduation
- No jeans, no deck shoes, gloves, sunglasses, excessive jewelry, flowers (corsages), sandals, or backless shoes, fish net stockings.
- Platform shoes, flip-flops and sandals are not permitted for safety reasons.
- Mortarboards are to be worn on the front of the head, not the back parallel to the floor. Secure with hairpins if necessary. No written messages or graphics are allowed on the mortarboard.
- No gum, candy, food, or drinks are allowed at the rehearsal or ceremony.
- Graduates are not to bring any personal items to graduation or must secure them with family members before graduates enter the theatre (i.e. purses, cell phones, and cameras). We cannot guarantee security backstage or at seats for personal items.
