Dear Parents and Students at PPCHS;

It is my pleasure to introduce to you our Latin Dance Club!  The Latin Dance Club was created by a very dedicated group of students who had a challenging task in mind. They wanted to share their love for dancing and to teach other students not only how to dance those rhythms characteristic of their Hispanic culture but also to appreciate and respect their Hispanic heritage, traditions and customs through dance.

Our club will be participating in school activities such as the Hispanic Heritage Month, pep rallies, and field trip, as well as other activities organized by the communities of Pembroke Pines and Miramar. We will hold our meetings every Wednesday, in room S113. The Latin Dance Team will meet more than once per week when preparing for special presentations.

I anticipate that you will join us in making our Latin Dance Club one valued and cherished by all, and in making this fourth year a very successful one.
